We’re here to help

Medical Negligence

Medical negligence, also known as medical malpractice, is the area of law that can provide redress and compensation if you’ve been injured as a result of medical treatment that’s fallen short of acceptable standards.

Experienced and recognised medical negligence lawyers

Our team has decades of experience assisting clients who have been injured because a doctor or other medical professional has failed to provide the required standard of care and treatment.

Medical negligence cases are often complex, from the law to the processes and expert medical issues involved. We are acknowledged experts in the field of medical negligence and have run thousands of cases successfully to conclusion.

With experience and care, one of our team of medical negligence lawyers will work with you so that you fully understand your rights and the steps involved in pursuing a claim.

Medical and legal expertise – with an extra level of care

While our expertise and unparalleled experience in regional NSW has helped build our reputation, it’s the way we do things that makes us a law firm of choice for clients and referring lawyers.

One of our core firm values is respect and we always act with empathy, honesty, transparency and candour. This adds an extra level of care to everything we do.

From the moment you contact us, you’ll see this care shine through in our people and our processes.

“It’s this extra level of care which has resulted in our success in medical negligence cases taken on.”
