We’re here to help

The Australian Government previously offered the ‘COVID-19 Vaccine Claims Scheme’ for those who suffered adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccinations. While that scheme ceased accepting new claims on 30 September 2024, there are still legal options available for those affected.

If you or a loved one experienced injury or loss due to a COVID-19 vaccine, you may be able to pursue compensation through a medical negligence claim. Unlike the previous scheme, this involves proving that a healthcare provider failed in their duty of care during the vaccination process or in managing side effects.

Our expert health and medical lawyers can assist you in assessing whether you have a case for damages and guide you through the legal process to seek compensation.

We're here to help you.
