She began her legal career shortly after graduating high school in 2022, starting as a receptionist before progressing to a Legal Secretary role, independently acting as the first point of contact for a team of five solicitors. This early responsibility gave her a solid foundation in legal administration, client care and the fast-paced nature of legal practice.
Hayley is passionate about supporting clients through sensitive matters, offering clear communication, reassurance and a calm, approachable presence. Her understanding nature and dedication ensure matters progress efficiently and smoothly.
When she’s not at work, Hayley loves going to the beach, travelling, and spending quality time with her miniature dachshund, Winston.
