CTP Insurance

Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance allows you to bring a claim for damages arising from a motor vehicle accident when you have been injured.  If the owner or driver of a vehicle has caused you to suffer an injury, you have the right to claim damages, particularly if this injury affects your daily life or ability to work.

What you need to know

We act on a no-win, no-fee basis for these types of cases, which means you won’t be charged until the end of the case, dependent on the result.

A CTP claim protects you when you are injured or if a loved one is killed as a result of an accident was the partial or total fault of another driver or vehicle. You’re covered even if you’re a passenger in the at-fault vehicle or if you simply witness an accident.

CTP insurers typically do not readily pay you the entirety of your compensation entitlements. That’s why we provide expert legal advice that puts your interests first.  We will help you recover all that you are entitled to so that you can get back on the road to good health.

How we can help

We can assist with:

  • providing advice about what you might be entitled to
  • negotiating a claim on your behalf
  • issuing court proceedings if the matter cannot be satisfactorily resolved.

We're here to help you.
