About Tom

Tom leads the Health Law Team at Catherine Henry Lawyers.

He is a NSW Law Society accredited specialist in personal injury law and has been recommended as a leading insurance lawyer in the prestigious Doyle’s Guide. Over the past two decades, Tom has successfully resolved thousands of complex personal injury matters.

Tom’s specialist personal injury knowledge and experience in acting for insurer clients gives him the insight required to stay a step ahead when helping clients achieve maximum compensation for any injury that has occurred through no fault of their own.

At Catherine Henry Lawyers, Tom leads the team of lawyers responsible for the conduct of health disciplinary and administrative law matters acting for health practitioners. As a seasoned insurance lawyer, Tom is well equipped to lead the firm’s insurance law practice.

With an approach described by clients and colleagues as dynamic, caring and patient, Tom particularly enjoys the challenges and complexities of health law.  His aim, he says, is to “deal with all matters as efficiently as possible while seeking to obtain the best possible outcome.”

Tom’s expertise allows him to assist clients across all aspects of health law, including:
