Tom Lyons leads our highly regarded and successful Health Law team
Tom is a NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury. Over the past two decades, Tom has successfully resolved thousands of complex health, medical and personal injury matters.
He is highly experienced in litigation but he uses his negotiation and alternative dispute resolution skills to resolve matters in the best interests of his clients as soon as possible. His strong research and communication skills means he makes persuasive arguments when advocating for clients.
Tom is also highly experienced with complaints involving health practitioners and with administrative law issues.
He helps clients with all aspects of health law including:
- negligence claims involving injury and health matters
- Health Care Complaints Commission disciplinary matters
- aged care issues
- inquests
- matters before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Tom gained a Bachelor of Arts in the United States before completing a Master of Law & Legal Practice at Sydney’s University of Technology.
