Catherine Henry Lawyers’ Senior Associate, Jane Bulter, has been invited to be on an expert panel at a Sydney Law School and the Menzies Centre…
Jane Bulter is a skilful and highly experienced health and medical negligence lawyer who can help you or a family member seek compensation and justice for poor health care, medical practitioner negligence or personal injury claims.
Jane has managed a wide variety of cases for people who have experienced surgical errors, misdiagnosis and late diagnosis by health professionals in areas including obstetrics, gynaecology and claims arising from mental health diagnosis and treatment. She has been involved in a number of high-profile cases including many cases for women with pelvic mesh negligence claims.
Jane ensures she is alway at the forefront of the latest developments in health and medical law. She has a Masters degree in Health Law from Sydney University in which she attained a distinction average. Jane regularly writes medical and health law updates for various publications and is often invited to present at seminars and conferences on health and medical law cutting-edge subjects.
Our clients benefit from her great insight and perspective that she has gained from working on both sides of the legal divide – for plaintiffs and defendants. In the past before becoming a plaintiff lawyer, Jane worked in-house for a large insurer doing CTP and public liability litigation.
Health litigation gives people an opportunity to revisit what happened to them or their families to validate their sense that something went wrong. It allows them to seek acknowledgement, redress compensation and, hopefully, closure.
