Jane Bulter is a skilful personal injury lawyer who joined the firm in 2016 with extensive experience in the areas of medical litigation, motor accident compensation and public liability claims
Jane is originally from the UK and after living in Sydney for 15 years decided to move north. She is now settled with her family on the NSW Central Coast.
Jane worked in-house for a large insurer for ten years focusing on defendant personal injury litigation and dispute resolution. Following this she worked for a Sydney firm specialising in plaintiff medical negligence work. Working on both sides has given her insight and perspective.
Jane is passionate about health law and is currently undertaking a Master of Health Law at Sydney University’s Law School to further her knowledge. She has completed seven out of eight modules and has attained a distinction average.
Health litigation gives plaintiffs an opportunity to revisit what happened to them or their families and to have their sense that something went wrong validated. It allows them to seek redress and to hopefully achieve closure.
